So at 4:50pm on the 8th, i get a call from Traci saying her water broke. "here we go" i thought with a smile on my face. I was sure that this time things would go differently. And that is where we were wrong. Just like with Clara the contractions kind of started but never really got going. After talking with the midwifes we waited till 1:00am before heading down to the hospital. Once here we realized we were in the same boat as Clara and the best option was to start pitocin around 4:30am. So here we are now at 7:00am and Traci is doing such a good job. The contractions are getting stronger but so far she can still carry on a conversation in between. This won't last much longer. Current estimates are:
Jason 10:15am
Amber 1:00pm
Traci hee hee hoo, hee hee hoo, hee hee hoo, hee hee hoo.

Good luck, JC! I'll be praying for an easy safe delivery.
